Individual 55 minute session income based fee scale: $150 - $250

Insurance:

  • I am not considered in-network with any insurance. Thus, I do not take insurance nor bill your insurance directly for services.

  • Your counseling services may be eligible for full or partial reimbursement through your insurance out-of-network benefits. Please reach out to your health insurance directly to verify your benefits.

  • You may also consider payment for therapy through your Health Saving Account (HSA).

Reduced Fee:

  • I set aside a limited number of reduced fee slots with the hopes of being able to accommodate clients with different life and financial circumstances. Please feel free to reach out for more information.

24 Hour Cancellation Policy:

  • Please remember to cancel or reschedule 24 hours in advance. You will be responsible for the entire fee if you provide less than 24 hours notice for a cancellation. This is necessary because a time commitment is made to you and is held exclusively for you. If you are late to a session, you may lose some of that session time.

Good Faith Estimate:

  • You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost.

    Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

    • You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency items or services. This includes related costs like medical tests, prescription drugs, equipment, and hospital fees.

    • Make sure your health care provider gives you a Good Faith Estimate in writing at least 1 business day before your medical service or item. You can also ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule an item or service.

    • If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill.
